Urgent Update on Overtime Regulations
Many of you read my article on November 17th informing you of the new overtime rules going into effect on December 1st affecting salary employees. On November 22, 2016 a federal judge blocked the Department of Labor from implementing the new rules. The rules for salary employees will stay the same for now, but stay tuned for an appeal or act of Congress for changes in the future.
